Extract PDF Pages
Gives you the pages you select as a separate PDF.

ONLY THE PAGES YOU NEED.
Extract PDF Pages takes the pages you choose out of a PDF and gathers them into a single new PDF. You write the pages starting from 1: 8 for a single page, 1-3 for a range, 15- for one page through to the end, “1-3, 8, 15-” for several parts. It is used to share only the summary of a long report, a single chapter of a book, the signature pages of a contract or the relevant invoice from a file.
The chosen pages go into the new PDF in their order in the document; the order kept is the one in the document, not the one you wrote. Even if you write “8, 1-3”, the result comes out in the order 1, 2, 3, 8. If you want to change the order, put the result through the “Reorder PDF Pages” tool. The pages are copied exactly, the quality does not change and the source file stays as it is. If you want each range as a separate file, “Split PDF” suits better, and if you want to drop particular pages and keep the rest, “Delete PDF Pages”. You can upload up to 8 PDFs at once; they are all processed with the same settings, and several files download as a single ZIP.
From start to finish
- Upload your PDF. Drag the file in or select it. The total page count is read.
- Write the pages to take. For example 1-3, 8. The numbers start from 1; write 15- for everything through to the end.
- Download the new PDF. Download the document made of the chosen pages. The copy on the server is deleted when you leave the tool.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between “Extract PDF Pages” and “Split PDF”?
Extract Pages gathers all the pages you choose into one PDF. Split PDF produces several separate PDFs and gives them to you as a ZIP.
Can I take the pages in a different order?
This tool keeps the order in the document. Extract the pages first, then line them up in the order you want with “Reorder PDF Pages”.
What if I write a page number that does not exist?
Numbers not found in the document are skipped. If no valid page is left, nothing is done and you are told how many pages the document has.
Does my file stay on the server?
No. Your file reaches the server only to be processed and is deleted when the job is done; the output is deleted too once you download it and leave the tool. You don't need an account, a name or an email address, and your files are never sent to a third-party service. It is free to use: we set no hourly or daily quota on the number of jobs, we don't make you watch an ad before processing, and we add no watermark to the output.
