EIGHT FILES, ONE SETTING, ONE ZIP.
Audio Format Converter converts several audio files in one go with the same settings. You can upload up to 8 files; each one is converted to your chosen format separately, and they all download together as a single ZIP file. It’s used to bring an album’s songs, a podcast’s episodes, the parts of a meeting recording or a sound pack to the same format without handling them one by one. File names are kept; only the extension changes.
The output can be MP3, Opus, Vorbis (OGG), FLAC, WAV or M4A (AAC); for lossy formats the bitrate is between 64 and 320 kbps. If you upload a video file, only its audio track is used. If one of the files can’t be converted, the job doesn’t stop: the rest are converted, and the report lists the skipped file and why. For a single file, “Audio Converter” is quicker. If you want to join files end to end into one piece, “Audio Merger” is the right choice rather than this tool.
From start to finish
- Upload your files. Choose between 1 and 8 audio or video files.
- Choose the format and bitrate. The setting applies to all files. MP3 at 192 kbps is a good start for general use.
- Download the ZIP. Once all files are converted, a single ZIP downloads. The copies on the server are deleted when you leave the tool.
Frequently asked questions
Why a ZIP?
A browser can only download one file per request. Eight separate downloads get caught by pop-up blockers and often don’t work on phones; a ZIP gathers them all in one file.
I have more than 8 files.
Convert the first eight, download the ZIP and run the tool again with the remaining files.
Are the files merged?
No. Each file is converted separately. To make one continuous recording, use “Audio Merger”.
Does my file stay on the server?
No. Your file reaches the server only to be processed and is deleted when the job is done; the output is deleted too once you download it and leave the tool. You don't need an account, a name or an email address, and your files are never sent to a third-party service. It is free to use: we set no hourly or daily quota on the number of jobs, we don't make you watch an ad before processing, and we add no watermark to the output.
