EDITABLE SLIDES FROM YOUR PAGES.
PDF → PowerPoint turns each page of a PDF into a presentation slide. The slide is built from the text of the page: the line in the largest type on the page becomes the title of the slide, and the remaining lines are added as bulleted content. You choose how many bullets at most are written per slide, between 3 and 26; the default is 12. It is used to turn a report into a presentation, to draw a draft slide deck quickly from the main headings of a PDF, or to move the text into editable slides.
Let us be clear: the image of the page is not put onto the slides; images, charts, colours and the page design are not moved. The result is a plain presentation with the text ready to edit. Pages with no text become an empty slide carrying only a title such as “Page 5”; that is why scanned PDFs do not give a meaningful result. To take particular pages you can write a range such as 2-8; at most 200 pages are converted in one run. The output is PowerPoint (PPTX) and opens in current presentation programs. You can upload up to 8 PDFs at once; they are all processed with the same settings, and several files download as a single ZIP.
From start to finish
- Upload your PDF. Drag the file in or select it. Documents up to 200 MB are accepted.
- Choose the pages and the number of bullets. If you leave it empty, all the pages are converted. Raise the bullet limit for crowded pages.
- Convert and download. Download the PowerPoint (PPTX) and edit it in a presentation program. The copy on the server is deleted when you leave the tool.
Frequently asked questions
Will the slides look like the PDF pages?
No. This tool carries the text of the page, not its image; the slides are made of a plain title and bullets. You add the design in a presentation program.
The title was picked from the wrong line.
The title is the line in the largest type on the page. If there is a date or a logo text set larger on the page, that can become the title; you will need to correct it on the slide.
Bullets look missing.
The bullet limit per slide is 12 by default and the rest are dropped. For crowded pages you can raise the limit up to 26.
Does my file stay on the server?
No. Your file reaches the server only to be processed and is deleted when the job is done; the output is deleted too once you download it and leave the tool. You don't need an account, a name or an email address, and your files are never sent to a third-party service. It is free to use: we set no hourly or daily quota on the number of jobs, we don't make you watch an ad before processing, and we add no watermark to the output.
